ANAHEIM, Calif., —Tone Software Corporation, a global provider of end-to-end monitoring and management solutions for converged telecommunications and IT infrastructures, today announced a distribution and reseller partnership with NuPSoft, a leading provider of network service level management technologies to the European market.

Tone Software’s ReliaTel and Streamline solutions will expand NuPSoft’s technology portfolio, providing strong capabilities to perform pre-network assessments that help clients determine their networks’ readiness for voice over IP (VoIP). The combined technologies also provide NuPSoft’s clients with in-depth management of faults, performance, quality of service (QoS), traffic, and network capacity for multi-platform, IP-enabled voice and data environments. For Tone Software, the partnership will expand its presence in Europe, providing an ideal partner for increasing its market share in the region, and on a global scale.

 

NuPSoft chose the ReliaTel and Streamline technologies for their ability to fully manage both the data and voice aspects of today’s business driven networks. The combined solution platform provides critical support for
multi-vendor, time division multiplexing (TDM) and IP voice environments, encompassing diverse technologies from many manufacturers—an important distinction needed to address the European mix of Avaya, Cisco, Siemens, Nortel, Alcatel-Lucent and other equipment manufacturers. ReliaTel and Streamline are platform agnostic, easily supporting any mix of technologies, and providing management benefits to clients at any stage of convergence—from the pre-deployment stage, to the fully deployed, QoS and user experience management stage.
