The CompuLert STEPAR reporting option enables users to quickly and easily produce comprehensive, statistical reports, charts, and graphs detailing the activity of all CompuLert managed systems and devices. The STEPAR facility provides customizable reports of all CompuLert managed device and alarm activity, including the time alarms occurred, who acknowledged alarms, and alarm descriptions. Through STEPAR reports, users can track critical data such as "mean time to repair", recurring problem statistics, and problem frequency.

STEPAR is easily accessed through any standard web browser, and users simply point and click to initiate report creation, and to customize reports for specific needs. STEPAR generates reports based on user-specified date range parameters, with the option to view reports online, or send reports to graphical or line mode printers. Report generation can be scheduled and automated, with optional delivery to specific e-mail destinations or printers. In addition to many device specific reports, standard STEPAR reports include:

• Detailed alarm report for a specific system or device, or a group of systems and devices
• Alarm summary report for specific system or device, or a group of systems and devices
• Minor, major, and critical alarms per site chart
• Specific site alarm totals chart, grouped by severity
• Alarm totals for all sites chart, grouped by severity
• Major and minor weekly alarm totals chart, grouped by weeks
• Weekly summary and averages of daily system or device performance

Through STEPAR, the critical statistical data necessary to enhance overall service levels is automatically gathered, formatted into easy-to-read reports, charts, and graphs, and rapidly delivered to authorized users.
